Bet24 reduce chargebacks to zero
Online gaming operator Bet24 brought in 192business’ solution just two months ago but since then has found it invaluable as they have reduced UK chargebacks from 2-4% to zero.
Bet24 are an online gaming operator who offers poker, casino games and betting on major sporting events. Operating within 70 different countries worldwide and needing to ensure they lower fraud rates and adhere to age verification regulations and AML guidance was a huge challenge.
