Crystal Travel increase customer acceptance

Additionally Crystal Travel use 192business’ Document-ID which verifies passports, driving licenses and global travel documents.
Crystal Travel are currently using 192business via HTML with a username and password login. In the future they wish to integrate 192business solutions directly into their website to check customer’s identities in real time.
Sharing fraud alert data is also on Crystal Travel’s radar for the future which puts even more hurdles in front of the fraudster and increases confidence that you are accepting genuine customers and at the same time stopping fraudsters in their tracks.
