192.com Business Services has won ECMOD Supplier of the Year Award in the Website and E-Business Service category. The ECMOD (European Catalogue and Mail Order Days) Awards honour suppliers that have made a real difference to the catalogue, home-shopping and multi-channel sectors.

The identity checking specialists were voted best supplier by their customers, having helped numerous clients – including Screwfix and Halfords – reduce online fraud charge backs and increase profitability and customer retention.
