OFAC adds Nephew of Mugabe to SDN Check List
The Office of Foreign Asset Control have added a number of Zimbabwean nationals to their SDN list. Amongst the new listings are Robert Mugabe’s Nephew who appears on the list as an individual. Three printing and publishing companies have also been added; allowing robust AML checks when searching for beneficial owners.
