How much do your solutions cost?
In order to ensure that our customers receive high match rates and a solution that meets their business need, we provide identity verification as a bespoke service. This means that our pricing too is bespoke and the costs of our solution will vary depending on what checks you need to carry out.
Our pricing is based on a ‘per check’ system and we can offer discounts for customers needing to carry out large volumes of checks, however we work with all sizes of business from small law firms to large international ecommerce sites, to ensure that our checks suit their needs.
We don’t charge on an individual user basis, so your entire office can have access to our services at no additional cost. Our pricing also remains the same whether you choose to use our services via our web access interface, XML API integration or Batch ID; our batch processing tool.
In addition we provide consultancy, training, ongoing support and a dedicated Account Manager at no additional cost. We believe that this approach helps us to achieve the best results possible for our customers, and results in feedback like the quote below from Screwfix’s Credit Manager Steve Hicks:
